For the second year, we have two youth categories for artists age 17 and younger! One winner will be chosen from each youth category and will receive a Kindle Kids eReader. Youth artists ages 1-12 will be in the Young Artist category, and artists ages 13-17 will be in the Teen Artist category.

As a youth entrant, you must have the permission of your parent/guardian to enter this competition and your parent/guardian must fill out a section of this entry form.

By completing and submitting this form, the Entrant agrees to all rules listed on the contest page.

Show your love for Eugene Public Library by designing a logo that can be used on promotional materials - this logo will be used in advocacy and awareness campaigns to convey that our library is essential to our community. 

The Contest begins on January 16th, 2026, and ends on March 27th, 2026. Entries must be uploaded via this entry form by midnight, Pacific Standard Time, on March 27th in order to have been submitted within the Contest Period.
